How do I create an account with you?
Please register online & place your first order.

It won’t let me add to account once I’ve signed up?
Before you can add to account, you will need to fill in a credit application and return to sales@signs4realestate.com.au.
The credit application can be found here.

I don’t want to go on account can I order a sign anyway?
Yes! You may order without an account, we accept payment via credit card or paypal.

How do I place an order?
Simply select the product you would like from our catalogue and fill in the forms.

How long until I receive my artwork proof?
Once you have submitted your real estate sign order, we aim to have a proof back to you within 1 to 2 hours. Sometimes this will vary depending on workload.

Can I have custom artwork on my sign?
At Signs4realestate we adhere to our suppliers’ agreements, we design within the supplied style guides, if you would like artwork outside these guidelines please check with your marketing department.

When can I have my sign up?
Signs approved by 3:00pm Monday-Thursday, 1:00pm Fri will be installed the following working day.*

Do I own the sign?
Signs are hired for a period of 6 months, we do not charge for longer hire periods however, maintenance fees after the 6 month period will apply.  

What are your delivery locations?
We deliver signs from the Gold Coast to Brisbane, The Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Toowoomba. If you are unsure if we can install your sign please contact us.

How do I have a sign removed?
If you have an account you may sign in and select the sign you would like removed on your signtrack. You may also email through removals to sales@signs4realestate.com.au or call 07 3353 2688
